Of course this summer is an Olympic one too, so we’re hoping to be toasting the success of Team GB as the medal count rises.

Why offer a distillery tour?
We wanted to give the people who love our range of spirits a behind-the-scenes glimpse at our working distillery.
They are able to discover the magic that goes into creating a truly delicious gin by seeing how it’s made, as well as learning a bit about the interesting history behind some of their favourite spirits.
Of course while visiting our shop, they are also able to stock up on supplies for their next cocktail afternoon or barbecue with family and friends.

What’s included in your tour of our distillery
It all kicks off with your arrival at our distillery. You will be warmly welcomed by a member of our team, who will then lead you on a fascinating distillery tour.
Your visit isn’t just us talking while you stand by and listen. Our distillery tour is a hands-on experience!
You will be able to try your hands at filling bottles while at the same time finding out about all things spirits.
Ten tasting treats
The next stage of the tour moves beyond the production areas and allows you to explore the tasting room.
People who have experienced our distillery tour told us this was their favourite part, and it’s easy to understand why.
This tutored tasting session gives visitors the opportunity to sample all 10 of our spirits - with their choice of mixer, of course!
Gins
The Only Way Is Gin collection, includes our handcrafted, utterly sublime, handcrafted London dry gin; perfect for whipping up luxurious cocktails or served on ice with your favourite tonic.
Fancy putting summer in a glass and sipping it? That’s our amazing Raspberry Pink gin in a nutshell.
If you’re in the mood for tasting something a little extra special, add a splash of our Premium Rhubarb Gin liqueur to crushed ice and chill!
Vodkas
If vodka is your spirit of choice, have we got something delicious for you.
Our pure Premium Quality Vodka has to be tasted to be believed, while our Premium Blue Raspberry Vodka just screams poolside cocktail.
If you prefer your spirits tasting on the creamier side, our Premium Vanilla Flavoured Vodka is just the job. You’ll never look at ice cream in the same way.
Rums
For all the rum lovers out there, our Spiced Rum is a smooth, summery treat, while the rum connoisseurs at our tasting will make a beeline for our divine Jamaican golden rum.
If you want something to make those sultry summer nights go with a swing, our Premium Chocolate & Orange Rum Liqueur is ideal in shots or over ice.
Tequila
Last, but definitely not least, we’ve been told our best-selling Café Tequila is as good as (and maybe even better than) Café Patron. Give it a whirl during our distillery tour tasting and let us know what you think.

Our distillery is in a converted barn in Sawbridgeworth, a beautiful rural setting on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. It’s also home to our popular Gin School.
